On the TXT mssge board they are more or less saying that completion of the deal takes place on or before the 14th. of August. Important is that this relieves TZL from the confidentiality agreement. So next week there will be quite a few announcements as to TZL's part in the take-over, financing, license, etc. I also hope that the road to Nasdaqlisting will be clarified, for instance the name of the U.S. stockbroker. Names like Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley will give quite some power to the listing. I hope you understand 3,4 or 5 bucks is only speculation. I mentioned it because it makes sense that former PDT owners have not sold their company to TZL for the equivalent of the current stockprice.
Leibowitz resigned recently for whatever reason, but usually exdirectors sell their stock. I havent checked how much he was holding.
