Im trying to learn the difference between shares purchased privately and how to diagnose this purchase over shares given to the executives. Also when and why institutions continuously buy and sell within days of one another and what this means etc. For example the Challenger hotcopper page is riiddled with by and sells, change in substantial holdings back and forth, so confused what this means and how to read into this?
