Investors have had months of opportunities at these prices to snap up and hold cm8 and have not..
At this point in time no one sees cm8 as a bargain
Funds are not waiting at this point as you know very well small caps without proven consistent revenue and earnings growth are outside their risk criteria for investment
Seriously stop misleading this forum as funds rarely invest in $40m cap speculative companies..
In the case of MBE how long did the funds - wait before they took profits in a hurry
