Key is deal falls over if 1Mt not delivered by 2010. Sounds like a long time but look at FMG, 3 years on and still trying to raise finance to start construction.

ARH needs to:

1) drill out deposit sufficient for Measured resource, banks won't accept any less (FMG)

2) do enviromental, water studies.

3) Native title agreements

4) Bankable feasibility study

5) Raise A$3.3 bn of finance

6) Construct mine

All in 4 years or bye bye sales contract.
