Fact - PSF wanted $7mil, they signed a deal with Tata and received funds, now don't need CR. Likely the deal is over $7mil or they still would have wanted to raise the variance. Keep on handing them stocks to accumulators, they will pull all their fake sell orders tomorrow then drive the price up; retail buyers don't buy up hundreds of millions of shares per day, big fish are circling here!
