Do you think the fact that SGH is such a well known brand, their chances of talent/client retention become greater (perhaps you've already factored that into your calculation).
It is hard to argue against any of your points regarding the financial distress of the company, but that is not to say that the future of SGH is hopeless. I'm interested though in developing a solid risk/return basis.
At this price though, with an upside to $1, clearly not a buy for yourself. Would you switch your sentiment to Buy, were the price to get low enough and your calculated probability remain unchanged?
