I think for anyone getting in now at current levels, there is very little downside ... if any. Look at the people behind Syntonic and the fact it's already producing revenue. How much revenue is still to be revealed but it must be significant to forego the $7M cap raising.
I topped up today and will sleep very well knowing the due diligence is complete and the acquisition will proceed. Sure, a number of RTO's have not worked out so well (NXR for example) however if there is a less risky RTO venture to invest in than this one ... I'd like to see it.
