Rise, I'd read all this before, but typically, sometimes I gloss over some detail, and forget it , because at the time, it doesn't feel all that relevant. The paragraph starting on the last 2 lines of page 6 has suddenly become very relevant. I'd call it a highly unusual deal, and for me, very concerning. It mitigates an enormous amount of risk for the major stakeholders, and I don't like seeing that in any capital structure. I think the potential of the I/P is enormous, but if this blows out to a 2 billion share base, there is sweeter fruit to pick. I'm holding, but watchful.
