re: cnb..no sellers Jon1 Hi , I have not responded before as I am away . I do not agree with your comments as they do not have a WEIGHTING in accordance with the important matters. As far as payment of remuneration is concerned , it is irrelevant and therefore not important to mention Canberra ,this is a growing company expanding in Canberra and other places . I would rather see their salaries paid than the Millions paid to directors of ''Disaster' areas such as AMP, One Tell and HIH etc plus all the others which have not yet been mentioned .
This company is exceptional in regard to it's return on assets per share and also it's low PE ratio and it's growth rate.
It also has the Guiness Peat (GSP) group, plenty of cash and good management there,behind it and the last time I met Sir Ron Brierley he continued to impress me .
One must be like the one eyed man in the land of the blind and be like a heat seaking missile and go right to the matters which are important, and NOt get blown off course by irrelevancies.
