i think a seller simply took advantage of the news. why would you really sell on a deal like that? with a backer like that unless you had to sell for other reasons. I think merrills will bring someone or any number of funds to this table down the track and we wont be seeing the stock trade at this sort of discount for long imo. this deal in the US would have added 10% plus to share price..but not in sleepy oz land. This is what makes me feel its a much bigger picture the management are going for here.
