    I do not accept the behaviour of NZO here and see that the CEO was effectively "pushed". Did find it odd that he was not a board member?

    I have asked CUE for a copy of the share register and plan to contact shareholders to determine their views on current happenings regarding governance (no independent Director) and to determine how likeminded they are? Objective is to form a representation group to ensure "small shareholders" are protected. Need 10% plus from this 35% of voting rights held by this group. Are you in?
