They obviously misled investors that s my personal opinion and I think there is no way this class action can't be successful so I m thinking to sue them ))) just for the pleasure to sue since I m not sure they would be still have enough money to pay all the shareholders they betrayed... Anyway for those who didn't know, it's actually possible to sue a lawyer and that s quite pleasant )
One question :
What's the difference between a tick and a lawyer? Easy, The tick falls off when you are dead.... .P
