There is no major significance. The make up is the above. I also want to short this index, the NYSE Arca gold miners index (GDXS) - it's down about 66% in two months. In my view, there is 200% - easy - on the table, when the gold bear takes off! I'm not looking to scalp, and I can only play US hours - hence why your call last Friday is irrelevant to me. I can't trade Asian hours, doing what I want to do. if you want even more leverage, you can go DUST. But, that's not for me this time. Maybe, for a quick trade. In my view, which I wrote a couple of days ago, that intra-day high could have easily been exceeded during London/ US hours. It wasn't. Hence, i wasn't even willing to take the risk.
