@Hemmo i had exactly the same response.
i asked the co twice for the T20 - the only response i had was to contact computerserve and pay $275
i contacted computerserve and was told that the request had to be in writing and would take 14 days to receive....
i re-contacted the co and told them that i was coming to the office to see the register in person... i had no response to my email...but the next morning (the day i was going to the office) we went into the trading halt.....
i held off going until after the ann
when the ann came out i got annoyed and put my req in writing to computerserve..... and planned my trip again...
and 2 days later we went into VA......
i had a call from computerserve 2 days after the VA to say that they had received my request and could not release the info as all requests now have to go through FH.
i emailed FH on 13th - 4 diff people there and asked for t20 - they have all read my email as i had a read receipt - but no one has responded... then they put out tha ann about no info being released......
just getting the run around...... they are still hiding it for a reason.
