Maybe you were just not intelligent enough to understand the announcements and were just gambling. You can't sue SGH for the way you were born. Please prove that you were deliberately misled.
When you sold you crystallised your loss. Until that point you only had a decline in your capital value which was exacerbated by market manipulation and it was not a loss. You are responsible for your own actions.
