purely guesswork but with the directors having purchased shares on the 2nd March maybe they then
instituted a closed period of 28 days prior to any price sensitive announcement by the company.
As for the burger thing, possibly as others have said it is just some marketing arrangement. Sort of win the weekly app competition and get "rewarded" with a Maccas or 3.
