What I have to add for VPC is they have been a company since July 2013. To date they are now generating roughly 500-600k revenue which is still half of what is required to break even. They launched their product in July 2014 so IMO the take up of the product has not been rapid at all. How many clients are they at? Just over 30? That's not a rapid uptake IMO. Hence why I think they could be a little slow to generate Shareholder wealth and move to a cash flow positive position.
