Good morning firstly...... I'll start with a timeline to help all out and information which was shared post this thread starting... This is my take on the situation....

1. Thread started on 23/2 - on the day of BG ann. We all had the 30days in our minds for P&G to make a call on BG - that's what we all knew from previous announcements..... Agree?

2. Baker Young publish their report on 24/2 - 1 day post OBJ Ann on BG to the ASX. Within that broker report is the following statement

Procter and Gamble (P&G) will now be given the full trial report and data and have an exclusivity period (we assume 60 days) to review. There are other global companies in this field who are interested so we anticipate competitive tension between the various parties and if P&G don’t offer acceptable terms to partner than we would expect OBJ to look elsewhere

3. The above statement has everyone guessing as this was a curve ball for us all. This was post me starting this thread - so maybe you could cut me some mustard



Personally, my belief is that P&G have an exclusive period of 30days post results by themselves to review the trial data & 60 days in total to make a call onit. If they do not call it by 60days, its open to other players to bid. My other belief is that post the initial 30days exclusive period, that exclusive period is gone and company B, C and D get to look at the data as well, but do not have an option to bid. That is my take on the matter and things may just get exciting as playing donkey kong
