why ASX?

    Hi guys,

    Been a BUD investor for a while and keeping an eye on it and HC discussion. Just got a simple question from my mind, although David himself is from Adelaide, Australia, the company is based in US and most their activities are also in US. Why they decided to list on ASX not NASDAQ or sth similar in US? Is that because they have a higher bar for entry or sth?
