All this rot seems to allso have come on the back of the statement from carabba of cliffs. Yes they know how to make rocks but as GJ displayed they also know how to grab a bargain as they did with Portman. Portman isn't cliffs track record they are riding on the back of GJ's efforts.

ARH will go huge and they would love to have a big piece, so talking it down is clearly in their interests.
