I do not know how anyone can even compare NOR to the giant TLS.
It's like comparing your corner store to Coles or Woolworths supermarkets chains.
Maybe they will do well in the future (I do not know anything about them), but Telstra could swallow them if they wish to, like a shark could swallow a tiny fish.
