The main context of the appeal being squashed is the key for me (if correct) as for landowners....you can try your BS...but i met these guys and know where they stand m8...

Most important if our LOI was flawed (which is a possibility in SI) i hope the judges DO make us re apply to finally put to rest this matter, i would rather wait 2 weeks and be compliant than have holes in our agreements...

Tell me....how are SMM going on their other nickel assets in SI? Do your want to comment on them?
