Bioshares stated once that around $3 a share would be the minimum somebody would get acl for, although that may have changed following the recent sp weakness.
Sirtex would take probably quite a bit more than the $4.85 offered years ago, despite the low sp. Most shares are held by just a few holders.
I'm intending to look at nal & bdm, as they are very cheap.
bos could be snapped up soon too.
