I will be very disappointed if they do not finance the majority of the cap-ex and first initial twelve months of operations with debt - the cost of borrowing at the moment is as low as it is conceivable to be IMO - to not take advantage of that would be counter to the benefit of all shareholders.

I hope they are reading this!!!

To further water down long supporting holders would be a travesty when the cost of borrowing is lower now than at any time in the past ~40-years - especially when you look at the very conservative time-frame needed to re-pay.

Standing by for them to do the best they can for shareholders, which they are duty bound to do!
