I don't just mean the fact that the oil was where they expected. I'm referring to the thermal maturity sweet spot, the over pressure and reservoir seals, the permeability and porosity sweet spot, and the fracability sweet spot. As I stated, it seems that on every single measure, things could not have gone better. And to me, this is either the biggest luck out of all time or it is a good sign that likely the majority of the acreage will display the same characteristics - which obviously is what we want, but just wanted to highlight the unlikeliness of this being pure luck.
