I think you may have misread mate, I said shot through support (meaning fell through the support level), if I said shot through resistance, you'd probably be right.

I think it's due to the fact we have gone so far so fast. It's still up around 17.5% this year. Crazy when you think in terms of % rise for a commodity which has no uses other than potentially wealth preservation and coating rich guys wrists.

Anyhow, I think, as posted previously, it probably will gyrate in a range most of the year. I'm guessing 1200 and 1280 being the range, but happy for it to prove me wrong.

I'm also betting it will breakout of the range towards the end of the year and breach 1300 USD, giving it a stellar but not record breaking year % wise. Ready for a big 2017.
