From my understanding its only the parcel mentioned a section of san jorge ....the main point is , the injunction /caveat should never have been ...the landowners had the right all along to lease it to Axiom.......... SMM had no right to interfere nor did the Minister .....this is how i read it...also prior to the SMM injunction we had 995 million share on our books at 8.5 cents in todays value about $127.50 with a bit less then 300 mil shares , so i think anyone who would sell on this decision is not looking at the big picture , sure im pissed we wasted 5 years , as some of the writers have stated its like Marbo ...the people have won ..its only a save our face to re submit a license to operate on the landowners land.......cheers
