re: ml bond issue Project self financing will certainly start to happen once the projects are actually happening - but as previously shown, that could easily be 12 months or more away. ------
It would have been imprudent NOT to seek back up finance - and this coup is excellent - as few of us have already said that the market hasn't understood its value yet.
I would bet my house that ML have a lot of info that is not openly available yet. Should give us all confidence that those market dynamics arttse talks about will be brought into play again shortly here.

SB - 1)someone said Brown was the director that a major shareholder wanted 'removed'.
2) If a major holder IS actually selling, and they had 30 million shares - it will show up in the Top 20 VERY quickly. I personally don't think it is the case, but it will be interesting to see the next updated Top 20.
The one I posted earlier was from July 17th. A lot happens in 3 weeks with this kind of news happening.
