    @mkro86 It might surprise you to hear that for all intent and purposes there is no link between the two exchanges. There's no reason technically why SRT couldn't be trading at 5c on Chi-X and 2c on the ASX. If you are looking at the ASX site then you are only seeing ASX pricing (with a delay). Some brokers (including some that use IRESS) choose to only display ASX data, although most it seems will match trades on both. This is the kicker, I would imagine all wholesale brokers and certainly most of the big retail brokers trade on both which keeps the price action closely matched. Depending on who you use when you place a bid to buy at, say 2.4c your broker will try to match the order on different systems, in a different order to another broker. Thus when you start to see "nibbles" at a price, especially on a lightly traded stock you'll see the SP change at different times, but fairly quickly another trade the same price will happen on the other exchange and they even out. Does that make sense at all? It gives me a headache every time I try to explain it.
