Yes, he sold the thick end of 500k fully paid ordinary shares.
I guess the other thing is that there is a trading window open to insiders for buying/selling after which they enter a blackout period leading into news. In my experience that window is about a fortnight, but not sure what ATM/A2M use. If its a fortnight, that would preclude updated guidance this month. My personal view was that they would wait until quarter end before putting out perhaps the final set of guidance for the financial year, so I hadn't rurally been expecting something until April.
Does anyone else have a view?
