Just topped again at 4.8.
Mid to high 4's has been tested so many times now before any good announcments of a WP 2 and solid deals in the pipleline. I am banking on that MOU being a solid contract in few days time. I doubt very much a MOU was the original plan and they had to get something shinny out to market before they got crusified.
Ok I am sitting March out from here.
