jiantan you are correct. Of course PWC will toe the line and in any case it's irrelevant. The SP is what the market wants to pay for it. it's called MARKET VALUE. Now Len has sold at 2.75 why would anyone want to pay more when no takeover on the table (better for Novo to batter down the shares then buy us out). PWC will hold the Len line - actually probs go a bit higher just to look 'fair'. In my view it is clearly oppressive conduct under sec 232 of the corps act. But it's been a while since I read case law in this issue. What do you think Roger53? I remember you and takeprofit mocking me recently for cracking an unfunny 'dumb' joke.
