You are very fair Bron as always.I no longer hold A2m but do come to check out the most interesting forum around. I know Hokey is blunt but I have actually learnt stuff from him. And he has taken the time to answer me on questions. There are always people in life whose personalities (dis)colour our views but I think this forum should be grateful for the voice of opposition. I know the voice is not always tactful but I've seen him make genuine inquiries of concern avout posters at times.
I'm going to go out in a limb here too and PLEASE HOKEY it's a compliment. I have a son with ASD so social skills can come last but Wow my son is smart as all get out and he gets frustrated at lack of logic. We all have these character traits - some more than others but we can learn from those with opposing views.
I've been laughed at in other forums for getting angry about perceived misogyny or unfairness or callousness and I can tell you it's not nice to be a target.
I'm pretty sure HC has a mute button so just mute someone instead of attacking. If hokey annoys you just MUTE. Remember for some people these forums ARE their only human contact.
Rule 1: Don't say something here you wouldn't say to their face.
And thanks to hokey I sold out of a2m and made a profit to pay for next terms trumpet lessons and holiday camps!
