What a load of mindless dribble. Oil has already made its way back to the 40's from the 20's , and I doubt that your take on the oil price will prove accurate. You have been around the fringe for many years and I don't recall you accurately predicting the fall of oil from 100 to 26 in any of your previous posts.
The only people shooting themselves in the foot will be noteholders who leave an administrator with very little cash and no ability to raise additional funds to see the oil price higher in the second half . Allowing the company to continue the sales processes, data rooms etc that are already underway and the ability to raise capital as all listed companies are able, provides noteholders with the best chance of getting 100c in the dollar back . Do you think an administrator won't have significant cash burn . These assets require a higher oil price given the ground needs more work . An administrator will not be looking for anything but a quick offer aS soon as the cash runs out. I would rather see the assets sold at 50/60 oil and economic , than flogged off for nothing as uneconomic acreage.
