Hi Kun, if you don't mind can you please read again the SSA ann. Because I read it lot of times, zooming it to the max and i couldn't find "Gridcomm have to agree 100%" If you read the very first paragraph, "the ODN board voted to proceed to completion on the basis that 94% of Gridcomm shareholders have executed the agreement.
