Seems like common sense too me - thanks for that. Had a giggle at one of our posters - plough who is (was yesterday) getting tired of fireside chats.
There were a few of us around the table yesterday morning - and, I have to say there was a consensus of concern for plough when one member said something like - 'plough is not normally like that' - 'I do hope he hasn't been kicked in the googlies by his cow and is just feeling hurt and frustrated'
We all showed a surfeit of sympathy just in case and decided that we would all email Nick and co and ask them to stop ringing us
Sorry plough - we hope both you and the cow are doing well - just in case.
One thing I thought that yesterday's ann. showed is that - we are rock solid at times in the register.
Yesterday was a big ann. - by anyone's standards.
So - again, we didn't move much at all - indeed, right now we are down a bit on things --------------- how could that be so?
Well - - for those who say that the SP is always right - ie. the value is what it is on the day- hmm.
Well, if that were true - then, a couple of days back - we were priced at 75 cents (at some stage during the day) -
however, now - a few days later - we are priced at 68 cents -------- even after cracking into a brand new market - and, a big one at that ---------- and, from the ann. we have cracked a fairly big customer.
So - by the price theory ------- we should be more - not less.
So - that pretty much blows the theory out the window - but, opens the discussion up to just why is it so.
Again - for those who just continually ask 'why is that ann. being sold int0?'
Well - in short -- just like most of our anns. in the recent past -------------------------- it isn't.
It just seems that way. It is fully designed to seem that way --------------- smoke and mirrors - and, lots of smoke at that.
All one has to do is look at the volumes to tell that we don't actually have much movement - and, any buying or selling can move the SP easily ------------ also, if anyone wanted to manipulate the price by buying and/or selling - then, they could move the SP -------- that should be fairly obvious.
So - for an entity - or more than one - who want a position in this company - a solid position - say millions -- then, AJX is very hard to get in that number.
The usual routes are out --- CR and take a position -- not on.
X Crossings off market ------------ yep, that is open ----------- but, you need more than a buyer for that --------- you also need a seller ----------------- and, if no one wants to sell ----- or certainly sell at around the price at the time - and wants a far higher price - then, that route is out also.
So - what does it leave - well, it leaves skullduggery --------------- and, there are a few ways to skin that cat.
One way is to get in touch with shareholders - and try and arm twist them into selling - and, that HAS been done in the past in AJX - and, at a guess is still attempted.
It has happened here - and only recently - we had a similar mechanism attempted in Europe on AJX European holders.
Now - that mechanism is pretty in your face and - sometimes legal - sometimes illegal - but, always immoral.
We should be all on our toes for ANY contact by people asking for our stock - especially if they talk it down whist doing the pitch.
There is, however, another method. And, that method is to give the appearance of liquidity ----- by selling stock to oneself ---------- and, in a very thinly traded market - that is dreadfully easy to do - and, also - it is easy to ease the stock south as one does it.
Now - why would one do that?
Well -- as we can see here on HC -- many holders get very frustrated that the SP is just going nowhere - even in the face of good news --------------- ann. after ann. (and, some of them are really good anns.) are greeted with a slight shove north - and then a retrace - and even a break below the price that was on the board before the ann..
So - the frustration gathers - and all the reasons in the world come out to sell of our smaller holdings from small medium term traders or small investors ----- opportunity cost, no movement until we get revenue, overvalued ---------- you name it - many of us feel it -------- and, of course we also are helped down the psychological downer trail by downramping and questioning designed to suck confidence from us.
So -- into the false volume liquidity provided by our entity who wants to accumulate ------------ some of us sell - 10,000 here, 2000 there - and, -- all the manipulator has to do - is scoop those of the table, put them in the drawer - and, keep the game going -- for months.
It is a game of patience -- they can't drive it too far south - because genuine buyers will become competitors - and scoop off the table as well ---------- and, they can't let it go too high - because they want a lower entry price as possible.
Now ------------- I believe there has been a sustained, orchestrated campaign going on since 9 October 2015 - by persons unknown to me (although I have my suspicions).
Yes, there were games before that date ----------- one can read back about those games in HC history - but, not like this game starting in October.
I believe the whole game changed on that date because that is the date that the military award was given. (maybe a day earlier - but, close enough).
Look at the chart --------------- now tell me that that chart movement is coincidental???
Now - being smart investors -------- you will double check me and you will find that the military ann. of the award came out on the 26th. - we went into trading halt on the 22nd.
So - how come we started to fall on the 9th????
Well, although the award was granted then - the message got lost in the email ether ------------------ hard to believe, right out of a fantasty story - but, it's true.
Daddy Clark was having kittens - because he expected the award in early Oct. - and, it was granted - but, no one told him ----- until he cracked under pressure and stormed into the Pentagon or wherever else he has his own private key to and said ' what the bloody hell is goin on?'
And, the answer was ------- it's in the email ------------------------- what>>>>>>>>>>> email?
Now - it's my opinion - that the game had started - that someone - very well connected - better than us - already knew and realized that the game for Alexium had changed -------- this military award - although flagged - was a different ball game once the ink was dried and the award given --------
and, I believe that they have been playing dirty and hard ever since.
Now - this is all my opinion - but, I give as evidence - the chart - and, I do NOT believe in coincidence.
As to where do we go from here -------- well, I have a theory on that as well - leave that for another post - all I will say here is what I am doing is hanging on - I will not play into the game of the accumulator - not ever.
