For mine you get NYSE listing first maybe a bump in SP. The cap raise.
The idea of NYSE listing was to access the deeper capital markets of the US. If electricity co's want to underpin their supply by taking a stake in the supplier that's logical downstream integration (and probably what Harrison was brought to the board). See the announcement today of the Chinese Gas distributor who bought out a chunk of Santos.
