healyn just does not say things for the heck of it, lots go on in the background with out being announced. Consolidation was bull dust for shareholders and many months with share price in a slump. No institutions to take up anything as sugested and you can not call the last few day an increase. Just loose change for a certain individual at these lows, proping up his own interests. Not hard to do.
