Thats above 180 MA, positive RSI .increasing Volumes and preferably no overhead resistance. It could happen soon
Here is a Weinstein template on the weekly.
the period is a little long for cup and handle but with a little smoothing, you have one on the weekly(Volume principals for cup and handle are low but still relatively correct)
