...it's an interesting point booter...i like the 1:5 ratio based in the number of current and to be issued shared however they may seek a higher consol ratio to achieve the SP 'lead' as you suggest ... I'd also expect the SP to trade close to the CR level with perhaps a small premium so if we are to see a 1:5 then we will likely see the SP break back up to support 2/2.2...post relisting and with this chapter closed then there are a few recent examples that may offer clues to SP value...if we obtain a solid revenue and rev forecast from GComm as part of the deal conclusion then this will need to be factored into prelisting SP by the market and the premium that it will trade at relative to the CR level...happy investing...
