I don't think there's anything inadvertent about that shot. Penfold's has cropped up with BFC at least once before when I was researching this company. Props in the background would be carefully chosen and positioned for the message they reinforce. I'd have thought BFC wouldn't be able to use Penfolds brand without their permission or legally do they have no say?

I'm looking to buy back into this company because they appear to have done careful market research, are producing quality products and it all fits with the zeitgeist in health.
