Boris ...do you know what "I am told" means ...it means he was told that ...he didn't say that it was chiselled in stone, and for that we will need to wait. If someone has been told something ...it doesn't mean "BS" if they postulate about the possibility of only 95% of what they were told occurring. Your logic or understanding of English is flawed. Perhaps not flawed as much as skewed in favour of wanting the share price to fall. Lets face it, few here post out of altruism.
I can understand that you feel pissed at the uncertainty that is obvious until the situation is clarified or resolved (ditto forme), but SI law is no-doubt based on commonwealth law from whence the three learned judges came. To comment about a "BS corrupt country" and the legal system in S.I. is racist I would suggest. Not only is Australia not free from corruption, but SI have made it a priority to address this. If you want to address corruption, why not address the corrupt practices of Sumitomo, using cheque-book diplomacy designed to rape a poor developing nation of income for the benefit of an imperial master and a corrupt few.

I suggest that this judgement is going to go a long way to address sovereign risk by making it clear that these issues cannot be resolved by decisions made by office bearers in favour of the most persuasive, corrupt or well-connected. As I have said before, IMHO this not only changes the ground rules to match the rule of law, but it will ultimately benefit honourable community-minded investing companies like Axiom (that benefit may be close).

Sure, I will present my company in the best light because as a holder I am biased ...but non-holding DR's are also biased and are often doing their best to scare holders into selling ...SO THEY CAN BUY! Sure there might be a few grumpy old men with no money and complain to fulfil their miserable existence ...but in the main they are not so community-minded. The rumours of the disgruntled ex-employee may also be true ...but mostly, those with a negative view want your shares at the lowest price possible ...whereupon they will assume a more favourable attitude towards said investment.

...excuse me ...bit tied up today, promised I would drive two young ladies for a tour around Northern NSW.

    Cheers holders,

    SJB
