Given that this asset has been around the traps for 50 years and the government had tenders out on it for decades and nobody bothered I think they are not doing a very good job with their "main objective". Kind of refutes what you are trying to say

Anyone that knows about mining knows that true world class assets get snapped up, they do not lie idle for 50 years.
So either this whole landowner saga is much more complicated than the "insiders" give it credit for or the asset is just not very interesting.
