    Hi Jazz

    Wrong

There is other alternatives... including land banking

With land banking many big mining companies have lost control of their assets... imo this is what has happened here at Isabel

For you to claim this is not a big asset makes you come across like some recalcitrant schoolboy who refuses to talk to girls and say they are not interesting. Whatever you say there is a reason why boys chase girls! With Isabel there is a reason why they SMM are chasing this asset.

SMM lost control of a massive asset which they had sat on (land banking)... what they have probably been doing since losing control (court case) is stopping the asset going to market by anyone else. One could also argue that the 20% ownership for landowners is DEFINITELY not a precedent they would like to see.

But in the end if the landowners can unite SMM will lose it. This is quite feasible and refutes the 'one or other' scenario you have set out.

For me the shame is that the CoA did not see over the historical somewhat shaky ground regarding land title process (for a better term) and just let the majority of the landowners get on with it. It actually sent it back to them to reapply for the land title, with the somewhat 'dubious' caveat of empowering the landowners to have ultimate say. We all know landowners in tribal groupings are hard to unite, so in my book this is not a good precedent for SI and may not be totally empowering for the majority in any single land case.

But moving on from my personal viewpoint on the Judges ruling.... Axiom KB have always has a very large proportion of the real landowners attached. (From my research which I am confident with)

The question is can we make that a 100%

Reports from some on here are saying this has been completed and the application process has started (I am assuming this is happening at the land commissioner first). That's what the next statement has to say.

Despite my confidence that things may turn out positive, nearly everyone agrees that Ryan is probably the only person who can pull this together.

That is why he is CEO, why people are supporting him at this precise moment, i may even forgive his salary level if he pulls this off!

However, those %*&*% lawyers have some answering to do in my opinion

    DYOR
