I assume if the board members the managing director and his family still don't buy the share probably is because they believe still is too expensive.
I'll not be surprise if he sell "few shares" like sometime ago to "pay huge tax" that for sure didn't came from KAR shares. Maybe adding wages+few trades here and there he did well..
In the end of the day... when u have a job like that... who cares wait another 10 years ?
