I really don't think it is any more of a gamble now than it has been at any time in the past.
Agree that the share price is discouraging, but the science hasn't changed. In the unlikely event (as I see it), that the PCH is not lifted by the FDA, we will continue with the EMA and possibly others.
A setback, but not the end of PBT2 as I see it.
