Well i didn't know that, Insurance for cars is also compulsory in England unlike australia so if you want to drive on the road you must have insurance. If its 5x higher than EU countries i would say your right, its a no brainer. In fact its ridiculous, 5x? how much fraud goes on? just on those numbers i would guess that over 80% is Fraud. No wonder SGH's cashflow is not as expected. imo
