No not the numbers themselves, ok they are a sign of heavy volume which helps the pro's.

If you watch the trading closely, you'll see large buy stacks or sell stacks that look intimidating, hoping to entice people. Then suddenly the stack virtually disappears, as the pro's withdraw there orders & linewipe what was left at that price.

I have observed that it tends to happen when Chi-X trading volumes are high, if Chi-X volume is over 40% of the total be wary.

Mornings are normally bad as well, I look for things happening after 1pm. Some money might be coming from China or Southeast Asia into the stock.

It certainly doesn't follow the trading patterns that many of the "hot" stocks have, when there in the spotlight. It's a different kind of trading going on with PSF.

The share issue via the prospectus will occur at a price above the current 2 cent number (its just the minimum price allowed) just can't tell what the price will be until more news emerges.

Interesting times for sure.
