DJ Adacel on Runway for Growth, Says Bell Potter -- Market Talk
2240 GMT [Dow Jones] -- Bell Potter starts Adacel Technologies (ADA.AU), which makes
air traffic control simulation systems, at buy with a A$2.50/share price target. It
believes there is a shortage of air traffic controllers globally, particularly in the
U.S., and this will help support demand for Adacel's products. "The outlook for
the air traffic management market is also positive with a significant level of system
upgrades scheduled to occur over the next 10 years," Bell Potter says. Bell Potter
expects Adacel's FY16 net profit to more than double to A$8.4 million, and rise to
A$9.6 million in the following financial year. ADA last traded at A$2.04.
