I’m assuming that this is indeed the last one as it clearly mentions “suspended” and date of March 2. Of course, if this is not the case and if this is some old one, then my entire comment below is completely invalid. But assuming it is the final one as Jenks’ final holding matches perfectly with the form 604 (notice of change of interests of substantial holder) that was provided around that time. Also Catlow's name appears.
If so, let us have a quick look at last top 20 available on TON site as updated by

Now, it looks like this Top 20 from Bloomberg is far more informative as it seems to give holding of the holder including that what used to be put under nominees account, and is hence more informative.
1) Jenks – It shows what we know including the final amount held by him and through nominees account. The fact that this is accurate could suggest that this is indeed the latest Top 20, but I'd personally be more comfortable with a direct internet link
2) Stubbs – I was not aware whether he had holding in nominees account too; so can’t comment on movement
3) Brad Boyle – Seems to be absolutely no change from his old holding. I find this one of the most interesting as we have told told all along that he had dumped his shares.
4) Rod Blair – Down from 5.8 million to 4.5 million
5) Alf Gillman – Up from 4 million to 4.25 million. Don’t know if he already had shares in nominees earlier
6) Anthony Baillieu - Interesting appearance again, as this name comes up from
time to time. I am not sure if this was new shares purchased or whether he had shares in nominees account earlier. I think
@tobyjack had very rightly questioned somewhere in December or so as to whether he had sold his old shares or not.
7) Jason Macdonald – Both the TON ex directors, Jason and Anthony seem to be holders still. Same comments as above apply still. Very interesting to see both names.
8) Blair Metals – 3.3 million in November and not appearing in this list.
9) Chris Catlow - Note carefully that from no 18 (1.3 million shares), no. 19 seems to be just 100 thousand odd shares (Chris Catlow). Am I reading it right? Because it seems odd that there is no one holding between 100,000 odd shares and 1.3 million, which is very unusual
10) Lee Miller – 2 holdings of 4.4 million and 2.7 million in November. None now
11) Chris Fone - Down from 4.5 million to 2.7 million
12) Uob Kay Hian – Down from 3.4 million to not appearing
13) Ram Kangatharan – Down from 3.4 million to not appearing
13) Wrights – Down from 2.5 million to not appearing
14) Peter Sachetti - Down from 2 million to not appearing
15) David Khoa – Up from 1637800 to 1647800
16) Blakely – Down from 2.1 million to 2 million
Apologies in case any mistake in typing. Please cross check figures, guys. Also above typed in no particular order.
17) New names – Lots of new names – Ian Murie (big holding of more than 4 million), Tim Webster, Paul Townsend, Questmere, Galloway, Specialised Alloys, Slade, Stanley Macdonald. Is Stan Macdonald a relative of Jason? Also to be noted that some of these companies / firms could be proxies for other parties.
I could have lots to comment on the above but we can’t be sure if this is the accurate one in the absence of a direct internet link. So like I mentioned at the start of this comment, please note that in case, this entire comment of mine is rather meaningless. At the same time, this could very well be the real top 20 as Jenks’ holding is accurate and it also shows Chris Catlow name.
If this is indeed the latest top 20, then it just goes to show how important the top 20 really is, with some very material movements (the entire face has changed) happening over the last few months, a time when TON chose to stop publishing the top 20, and a very critical time for the company itself.
